Transfer out declaration forms – version 7.0

We have removed reference for the requirement to be a ‘nominated’ co-habiting partner in respect of the Northern Ireland LGPS and made clear that where a transfer is in respect of a deferred refund, this is a ‘Cash Transfer Sum’. We have also made a technical adjustment to the areas concerning what sums should be included when assessing whether or not the aggregate value of a members benefits has exceeded £30,000 or not.
