SPPA have confirmed that Scottish Ministers had decided that the approach to be taken concerning overpayments arising from the contracted-out reconciliation exercise should be in keeping with a similar exercise that took place in 2008/2009. On 12 July 2018, SPPA published a consultation to facilitate this approach.
