The Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) have commenced a consultation on a new set of regulations governing the LGPS in Scotland, the LGPS (Scotland) Regulations 2018. The draft regulations would replace the LGPS (Scotland) Regulations 2014.
The consultation documents can be found on the scheme consultations page and on the SPPA website.
The consultation closes on 1 January 2018.
