On 26 June 2023, the Scottish Government launched a consultation on the McCloud remedy in the LGPS – supplementary issues and draft scheme regulations. You can find links to the consultation on the Scheme consultations page. The consultation will close on 31 July 2023, with final regulations in force for 1 October 2023.
