The Pension Schemes Bill 2019/2021 was granted Royal Assent on 11 February 2021 and is now the Pension Schemes Act 2021. You can read the Act on the Legislation.gov.uk website. We will issue more information about the impact of the Act on the LGPS in the coming weeks.
