NI Database back online following security updates

The NI Database is now back online following the completion of essential security updates.
As a precautionary measure, the NI Database was temporarily taken offline after a critical security vulnerability affecting certain versions of PHP was identified. The necessary updates have now been applied and tested, and the service has been safely restored.
The NI Database is now available as normal.
