MHCLG have updated the actuarial factor spreadsheet to include new factors for inverse commutation, annual allowance debits and conversion of AVC funds for additional pension or transfer credits. The spreadsheet, covering letter from MHCLG and new actuarial guidance covering annual allowance debits can be found on the actuarial guidance page.
