HM Treasury have today issued a 12 week consultation called ‘Restricting exit payments in the public sector: consultation on implementation of regulations’. The consultation closes on 3 July 2019. Consultation documents can be viewed on the Non-scheme consultations page. The LGA will provide a summary of the consultation shortly.
