Technical guide for LGPS pension funds on determining the final salary membership to be used to calculate survivor benefits. This guide has been withdrawn due to the enactment of the LGPS (Miscellaneous Amendments)(Member Benefits) Regulations 2026 which introduced survivor benefit equalisation from 1 April 2026 with back dated effect to 5 December 2005.It is replaced by bulletin 276
