Set out the LGPC Secretariat’s understanding of the approaches to be taken in various AVC scenarios between April 2014 and March 2015. It was withdrawn from April 2015 due to a major shift in the position on how post 2014 AVC contracts should be dealt with. Please see the ‘Freedom and Choice and AVCs’ entry in Bulletin 126 for more information.
