On 30 May 2023, DLUHC launched a consultation on the McCloud remedy in the LGPS – supplementary issues and draft scheme regulations. You can find links to the consultation on the Scheme consultations page. The consultation will close on 30 June 2023, with final regulations in force for 1 October 2023.
