The Police Superintendent’s Association (PSA) brought a judicial review against the government in relation to HM Treasury’s consultation on the McCloud remedy. This consultation did not apply to the LGPS.
On 15 December 2021, the judgment was handed down and the claim for judicial review dismissed. This case has no impact on the LGPS.
