Exit payment cap – information for administering authorities published

We have published an information note for LGPS administering authorities on the exit payment cap. The note provides process and policy considerations for administering authorities when dealing with redundancy and business efficiency exits that take place from 4 November 2020 until the LGPS regulations are amended to accommodate the exit payment cap.
