The Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 are revoked by (SI2006/2914) but continue in effect subject to the savings in Schedule 2. The Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 continue to apply to those persons affected by the savings. |
