Interpretation of Part VI
138. - (1)
The definitions of expressions contained in Schedule 1A
shall, unless the context indicates that they have a different meaning, apply
for their interpretation in this Part of the Regulations as well as those definitions
of expressions contained in Schedule 1.
(2) - All provisions in Parts I to V of these
regulations shall, unless the context indicates otherwise, be subject to the
provisions of this Part.
